Airmar B285HW Bronze 1kW Wide Beam Thru-Hull Transducer

The Airmar B285HW is a 1 kW bronze thru-hull CHIRP transducer from Airmar's wide beam line. It sweeps 150 to 250 kHz with a constant 25 degree beam. Airmar says it gives twice the coverage under the boat of its standard high-frequency CHIRP transducers.

Constant beam width across the band shows fish in the upper water column that narrow beams can miss. It also produces crisper, larger returns on screen. It's rated for boats up to 30 feet and hull deadrise up to 24 degrees.
