Whitecap White Nylon Chrome Locking T-Handle Latch

Whitecap's white nylon locking T-handle latch has a chrome-plated Zamac handle and a keyed closure. This is the white-body alternative to the black version. The plated Zamac components are specified for freshwater installations only.

A short offset cam bar is included, along with a neoprene O-ring and key fastener. The outer diameter measures 3 in and the cutout is 2-1/2 in. Whitecap lists a mounting surface depth of 1/8 to 3/4 in.

Check the existing panel, cam engagement, and key access when replacing a hatch latch. The white finish may be a better visual match for light-colored compartment doors. Keep the freshwater-only limitation in mind rather than treating this as a universal marine latch. The supplied neoprene O-ring belongs with the latch assembly when fitted.
