Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 Solar Charge Controller

The Victron BlueSolar MPPT 100/30 controls battery charging from a solar array with a 100V input rating and a 30A charging rating. MPPT technology continually adjusts the operating point of the panels as sunlight changes. This is especially useful when clouds or partial shading cause solar output to vary.

The controller directs harvested energy into a compatible battery bank using its charging algorithm. Remote monitoring can be added through a suitable VE.Direct Bluetooth interface rather than assuming Bluetooth is built in. With a connected GX system, additional status access may be available through Victron's VRM platform. The controller uses the available solar input to manage battery charging as conditions change.

Panel voltage and potential charging current must remain within the specified limits. The battery chemistry, system voltage, and solar configuration also determine appropriate setup choices.
