The Vexilar 12V/9 Amp Lead-Acid Battery includes an FH1000 fuse holder mounted right on the positive terminal, an added safety precaution against the fire risk a dead short can cause.

It comes standard with a 3-amp automotive fuse, though the holder accepts anything from 3 to 10 amps depending on the specific sonar system's power draw.
