The Uniden BCD536HP Digital Base/Mobile Scanner with WiFi continues Uniden's track record of innovation, bringing HomePatrol-style zero-programming ease to a full desktop and mobile scanner rather than requiring the manual channel setup older digital scanners demanded.

Setup is as simple as turning the unit on and entering a zip code; from there, TrunkTracker V handles system identification and monitoring on its own, combining RadioReference's radio system database with Uniden's patented selection methods to correctly identify and track nearby systems across the US and Canada automatically. A built-in WiFi feature lets an owner run Uniden's exclusive Siren App from a smartphone or tablet, controlling and monitoring the scanner remotely from anywhere in the home or vehicle rather than needing to stand right next to the unit.

The box holds the scanner itself along with a USB cable, a set of rechargeable Ni-MH batteries, and a belt clip.
