The Toadfish Put 'Em Back oyster knife was developed with generations of oystermen. It shucks raw or steamed oysters and cuts them out of the shell. A sharp tip and sharpened sides handle large, thick Gulf Coast shells.

The Japanese stainless blade has a bent tip for prying shells open. An ergonomic thumbprint handle stops your hand from slipping, which makes shucking safer. The blade runs through the handle for strength.

Use two 2.5 mm Allen wrenches to tighten the handle if needed. It is built for professional kitchens and serious home shuckers. Toadfish also plants oysters to help restore shorelines. Compare it with the rest of our fishing knives and tools.
