The Surefire EDCL2-T is a tactical everyday carry flashlight giving 5 or 1,200 lumens, in black.

The gap between the two outputs is the design. Five lumens is enough to read a map or find something in a bag without destroying night vision, and 1,200 lumens lights a whole area. Most lights put their low setting far too high to be useful for close work, and five really is low.

Both levels are reached from the tailcap by pressure rather than by cycling modes, so the output is chosen by how hard the button is pressed.
