Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount HP-X Pro Light

The Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount HP-X Pro Light is the 800-lumen, 105,000-candela HP-X package without the extra momentary-switch system listed on model 89015. It includes an M-LOK mount and two CR123A batteries, keeping the core mounting and power pieces together. The high candela figure makes beam intensity the standout specification on this model.

Using CR123A batteries keeps the light simple to service in the field because depleted cells can be swapped instead of waiting for a recharge cycle. The M-LOK mount is included for compatible handguards, but the exact host and mounting position should still be checked before installation. Buyers comparing the two HP-X Pro models should decide whether the additional switch and hardware in the 89015 system are worth the difference.

Model 89017 makes sense when the light and M-LOK mount are the main needs and the user already has a preferred control setup. Its 800-lumen output and 105,000-candela rating remain the same headline performance numbers as the system version. See more weapon lights for other long-gun Streamlight choices.
