Standard Horizon GX1410GB Eclipse Fixed VHF/GPS - Black

The Standard Horizon GX1410GB Eclipse is a 25 watt fixed mount VHF radio with a built-in 66-channel WAAS GPS. Because the GPS is internal, DSC distress calls include your position without wiring the radio to a plotter. It meets ITU-R M493-16 Class D DSC.

A separate Channel 70 receiver picks up DSC calls even while you're talking on another channel. The DSC distress function sends a digital MAYDAY with your vessel ID, latitude, longitude and time. It also makes individual, urgent, safety and position report calls and can poll the position of up to 6 boats. The full dot matrix display measures 31 x 55 mm.

The radio is submersible to IPX8 (1.5 meters for 30 minutes) with a large dot matrix display and an adjustable backlight. It has NOAA weather alerts, dual watch, priority scan and controls on the microphone.
