The SOG Salute Mini has a 3.1-inch 8Cr13MoV drop point blade in black oxide with a black G10 handle.

The Mini is the scaled-down Salute, keeping the pattern's lines but dropping the blade to just over three inches, which puts it inside the carry limit in a good many places where the full-size version would not be. 8Cr13MoV is a Chinese stainless comparable to AUS-8, chosen for being easy to sharpen and forgiving of neglect rather than for maximum edge holding, a sensible pairing with a knife at this price.
