Sika SikaBiresin AP077 Polyester Fairing Compound

The Sika SikaBiresin AP077 Polyester Fairing Compound is a professional polyester repair compound for composite and marine fabrication work. Its smooth workable paste is intended for fairing, filling, and surface repair where easy sanding and a clean feather edge help prepare the repair for final finishing.

The compound gives strong adhesion, quick setting, and minimal shrinkage on compatible substrates. Typical uses include gelcoat blister repair, fiberglass-part repair, filling cloth imprint, model or tooling work, and preparing repaired surfaces for coatings or decorative films.

BPO hardener is required for the listed product, and correct mixing is essential for cure and working characteristics. Prepare the substrate according to the manufacturer’s instructions, mix only the amount that can be applied within the working time, and allow the repair to cure fully before sanding, machining, coating, or placing it into service.
