The Seipel Marine EVA Permanent Dock Fender is black EVA foam, mounting to the edge of a dock.

A dock-mounted fender protects the boat without anything hanging off it. Hull fenders have to be deployed, adjusted and recovered every time, and one left down at speed is lost or damaged. Fixing the protection to the dock instead means a boat comes alongside a padded edge every time with no preparation at all.
