Scandvik White Recessed Transom Shower with 6-Foot Hose

This Scandvik recessed transom shower is the white version with a 6-foot hose. The head and hose store inside the housing, then pull out to rinse off swimmers, feet, and gear at the stern. The housing mounts either vertically or horizontally, so it can go wherever the transom has room.

White matches the gelcoat on most transoms and swim platforms. On boats with a swim platform, a transom shower keeps salt and sand out of the cockpit and cabin. Storing the hose inside the housing protects it from UV and keeps it from becoming a tripping hazard. It works with a separate mixing valve if your boat has hot water.

Cut a 2.75-inch hole and connect the 3/8-inch BSP female thread to your water supply, after checking for fuel lines, wiring, and steering gear behind the transom.
