Rupp Large SS Bolt-less Swivel Rod Holder, 0-Degree

The Rupp Large Stainless Steel Bolt-less Swivel Rod Holder at 0 degrees won the 2020 IBEX Innovation Award. It combines the easy installation of a standard rod holder with the clean look of a bolt-less one. No special tools or fasteners are required. Rupp has a long history building outriggers and rod holders for sportfishing boats.

It's investment cast stainless steel with a removable, replaceable top flange, so a scratched or damaged flange can be swapped without replacing the whole holder. The closed end has a threaded drain hole. A swivel base lets the rod rotate to follow a fish. The polished finish holds up to salt spray and matches other high-end deck hardware. This is the 0 Degree version, and that mounting angle directly affects rod position after the holder is installed. This is the 0-degree straight version, so its tube orientation differs from the 15-degree holder offered in the same Rupp style.
