Rupp 1.5 in Folding Outrigger Halyard Retainer

The Rupp 1.5 in Folding Outrigger Halyard Retainer is a clamp-on line-management system for keeping excess halyard line neat while telescoping outriggers are rigged and retracted. A pair of folding line cleats can be positioned on the outrigger pole at the desired spacing so loose rigging line can be wrapped and stored without dismantling the setup.

Each spring-loaded cleat snaps into open and closed positions and folds out of the way when the outrigger is extended. The opposing-cleat layout provides additional winding options for double- and triple-rigged systems, and another cleat can be added when more line capacity is needed. The retainer fits Rupp Top Gun telescoping poles and other 1.5 in diameter outrigger poles.

The system uses black nylon components with stainless steel fasteners and serviceable locking parts. It is supplied as a four-piece set for a pair of poles and is designed to accept a range of halyard-line sizes while helping reduce tangles during storage and deployment.
