Rupp Double Rope and Shackle Halyard Line Lock

Rupp's Lok-Up is an innovative locking pulley system that allows the outrigger clips, or a teaser line, to stay perfectly positioned in the spread. It eliminates the "line creep" that happens gradually while trolling.

Rupp Lok-Ups are compatible with a variety of halyard materials, providing a firm grip on 400 lb/500 lb monofilament, 1/8-inch nylon rope, paracord, and Dacron. Switching halyard material later doesn't mean buying a new lock.
