The Ronstan 28mm Ball Bearing Swivel Cleat Base gives a sailor a swiveling control point for halyard, cunningham, and outhaul controls that need a swivel cleat reachable from changing working angles. The base can be approached from different angles, so the line can be cleated or released without forcing the crew into one fixed position. Its sheave can be relocated when the control line needs to feed from below the unit.
