Real Avid Smart-Torq 18 in-lb Fixed Limiter

The Real Avid Smart-Torq 18 in-lb Fixed Limiter is preset to eighteen inch-pounds for compatible bench work. A dedicated limiter is handy when the same torque specification appears often and an adjustable driver would otherwise need to be reset each time. Its single-value design keeps the tool simple and easy to identify.

The correct torque always comes from the firearm, optic, mount, or accessory manufacturer, so 18 in-lb should be verified before use. Once that requirement is confirmed, the limiter can help apply the same preset value across repeated installations. The proper bit and driver still need to match the fastener being tightened.

This 18 in-lb model fills a specific spot in the Smart-Torq fixed-limiter range rather than serving as a universal torque tool. It is most useful on a bench that regularly encounters hardware calling for that exact figure. See more gun cleaning and maintenance equipment for other fixed and adjustable torque tools.
