Pro-Shot .38-.45 Competition Pistol Cleaning Kit

The Pro-Shot Superior Competition Pistol Cleaning Kit is an 8 inch kit for .38 through .45 caliber pistols. Competition shooters fire a lot of rounds and clean often, so the kit is built around quality, polished components. It's sized to ride in a match bag. The caliber range covers the common centerfire handgun sizes.

Pro-Shot rods are premium stainless steel, burnished and micro-polished to a dense, mirror-smooth surface. A rough or soft rod can pick up grit and drag it down the bore, and this finish resists holding onto it. The swivel handle lets the rod turn as you push, so brushes and jags follow the twist of the rifling instead of fighting it.

Between stages or after a match, a quick bore clean and fresh lubricant keep a pistol running reliably. The 8 inch rod suits full-size competition barrels. Pro-Shot's standard 8-32 accessories thread straight on. Add your preferred solvent and lubricant to complete the kit. Keep it with your match gear so it's always on hand.
