Powerwinch Utility 1,800 lb 2-Speed Winch - 8" Crank

With two speeds and an 8 inch crank arm, this Powerwinch Utility Series Winch is rated at 1,800 lb. It ships fully assembled. The combination of a low gear and a longer crank makes the final pull onto the trailer noticeably easier. Fully assembled means it bolts on right out of the box.

On a two-speed winch, the high gear pulls the strap in quickly for most of the retrieve, and the low gear trades speed for pulling power on the last stretch onto the bunks or rollers. The 8 inch crank arm gives more leverage on each turn, which helps with heavier boats and steep ramps. Precision gearing improves pulling capacity while reducing the cranking effort needed. Proper gearing makes the difference between an easy retrieve and a struggle at the ramp.

A dual-bolt clamp coupling keeps the crank arm from loosening or coming off the pinion spindle, and an integrated zerk fitting makes it easy to grease the pawl and ratchet gear. The frame is oversized, powder-coated steel with adjustable mounting for numerous trailer configurations, and the zinc-plated finish is rated for freshwater use. Grease the pawl and ratchet each season to keep the winch working smoothly. Browse more trailer winches.
