The Perko Plug-In Combination Masthead and All-Round Light is a 12V fitting in black polymer with a chrome plated zinc alloy top, certified for vessels under 20 meters.
A combination fitting does two jobs from one pole. Under power it shows the 225 degree masthead arc, and at anchor it shows 360 degrees all round, which are different legal requirements met by one light. That saves a second fitting and a second hole through the deck.
Plug-in mounting means the light lifts out of its base rather than being permanently fixed, so it comes down for trailering, storage or to clear a bimini.
