Pacer Yellow 1 AWG Battery Cable, 100-Foot Spool

The Pacer Yellow 1 AWG Battery Cable is a 100-foot spool of Type III finely stranded tinned copper, made in the USA.

Yellow at 1 AWG is the ABYC negative for inverter returns, windlass circuits and bank interconnects. Starting a boat on yellow negatives is easier than converting later, and a 100-foot spool is enough to hold the convention across several heavy circuits rather than running out partway.

Pacer stocks the same gauge in red and black, so a boat can be wired consistently in either scheme from one supplier. Mixing brands as well as conventions is how an installation becomes hard to read, since jacket appearance varies between makers.
