The Pacer 1-Inch Black Spiral Wrap is a 100-foot roll of spiral-cut abrasion protection for wiring, hoses and tubing.

The spacing between turns is adjustable during installation, which is what separates spiral wrap from split loom. Butting the edges closely gives maximum abrasion coverage; leaving a gap gives more flexibility around tight bends. One product covers both requirements depending on how it is applied.

The spiral cut also lets individual wires break out anywhere along the run rather than only at the ends. That is the practical advantage over loom on a harness where branches leave at several points, since loom would need cutting at each one.
