The Outdoor Edge Razor VX1 has a 3-inch replaceable 420J2 stainless blade in a black blade holder, a black anodized aluminum handle, assisted opening, an extended tang and a pocket clip, closing to 4.25 inches, with three spare blades.

Combining replaceable blades with assisted opening is unusual, since most replaceable-blade knives are plain folders. A spring finishes the motion once the tang is pushed, so the knife deploys one-handed even with cold or gloved hands. Swapping a blade takes seconds where field sharpening takes a stone and patience, and 420J2 is cheap enough that blades are consumable rather than maintained.
