The Ontario Camp Plus Bread Knife has a 4.25-inch satin serrated stainless blade, a green checkered glass filled nylon handle and a lanyard hole, closing to 5.25 inches on a lockback.

A bread knife that folds is an unusual thing, and it exists for the same reason the rest of the Camp Plus line does: kitchen shapes that travel in a pack without a roll or a sheath. Serrations are what make a bread blade work. The teeth catch and saw through a hard crust that would compress and tear under a plain edge, then part the soft interior without crushing it.

Checkered glass filled nylon keeps the handle light and grips when wet, which is the usual state of hands at a campsite kitchen. A lockback holds the blade with a spine-mounted bar, and a lanyard hole gives a second way to secure it. Explore more Lockback Knives.
