OceanLED X-Series X16 Midnight Blue Underwater Light

The OceanLED X-Series X16 is a surface-mount underwater light with Midnight Blue LEDs. Focused optics give each LED a 60 degree circular beam for strong water penetration. OceanLED says its output is equivalent to a 150 watt metal halide light.

A Fish-Strobe mode emits a random strobe pattern that attracts baitfish. Tritonium coating lets you wipe off marine growth with a cloth. The body is chemically resistant optical polymer with a built-in driver, and no bonding is required.

Installation needs only a 12.5 mm hole in the hull for the cable and a few screws, and it runs on 12 volts. OceanLED recommends it for boats up to 65 feet, mounted at least 300 mm below the waterline with 2 to 4 feet between lights.
