Mate Series SS 30-Degree Rod and Cup Holder, Round

The Mate Series Rod and Cup Holder is a 316 stainless flush mount with a round top, a 30 degree rod angle and a 3/8 inch NPT drain fitting.

A round top needs more flat area than an oval but distributes load evenly around the cutout, which suits a broad gunwale or a covering board rather than a narrow rail. It is also the easier shape to cut accurately, since a hole saw does the work where an oval needs a template and a jigsaw.
