The Mate Series Rod and Cup Holder is a 316 stainless flush mount with an oval top, a 15 degree rod angle and a 3/8 inch NPT drain fitting.

An oval top is the difference from the round version, and it suits a gunwale or a coaming where a round flange would overhang the available flat. The oval also orients the fitting along the line of the rail rather than sitting across it, which looks deliberate rather than added on.
