Description
The Marinco 1000 Series wiper motor with a 2.5 in shaft fits thicker mounting surfaces, such as cored windshields or heavier frames, where the 1.5 in shaft is too short. It is a 12V heavy-duty motor set at 80 degrees from the factory. The shaft diameter is 0.625 in (16 mm).
The sweep can be changed to 50, 65, 80, or 110 degrees, and the park position can be set to the left or right. At 80 degrees or less, it drives an 18 in Deluxe arm and blade, or a 16 in combination at 110 degrees. The sealed housing is UV-stabilized, high-impact thermoplastic.
An anti-rotation, knurled shaft and a solid brass drive nut hold the arm firmly, and RF-shielded circuitry keeps it from interfering with electronics. The retail version includes a 5-amp fuse and holder but not the switch. Browse more Wipers & Windshield Accessories for switches, arms, and blades.
