A thermoplastic PUR molded body and blue-gray jacket give the cordset genuine durability in a wet marine environment while keeping Maretron's standard color coding consistent across the network. That color coding makes it easy to identify a Maretron run at a glance among the rest of a boat's wiring.

Electrically, it's rated for 4.0 amps and 250 volts, well within the range NMEA 2000 devices actually draw, so there's no concern about the cordset being a bottleneck on the network.
