Magpul MBUS 3 FDE Flip-Up Backup Rear Sight

The Magpul MBUS 3 Rear Sight in Flat Dark Earth is the MBUS 3 rear backup sight in a tan color for FDE uppers and furniture. It mounts to the rear of a flat-top upper on the Picatinny rail. Folded, it sits behind most red dots and magnifiers without blocking them. It weighs about 30 grams with mounting hardware.

The rapid-select aperture system lets you change from the large to the small aperture quickly. Use the large aperture for close, fast shots and the small one for more precise shots at distance. Windage clicks are about 0.5 MOA on a carbine sight radius. Both apertures sit at the same height, about 1.41 inches over the rail.

Spring-loaded deployment and an ambidextrous button bring it up quickly. The impact-resistant polymer keeps it light and resists damage when the rifle is knocked around. Pair it with the FDE MBUS 3 front so the whole iron sight set matches. It clamps to most MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rails. Shop tan backup sights and red dots in our optics and rangefinders.
