Magpul DAKA Pelican V700 GRID Case Organizer

The Magpul DAKA GRID Organizer for the Pelican V700 Vault is a drop-in interior that replaces the factory foam. It includes six triple blocks, six double blocks, and replacement base foam. It weighs about 3.8 pounds. It turns a Pelican Vault into a case you can reconfigure as your gear changes.

The GRID system works by compression. Panels with rows of slots hold blocks wherever you place them, and the blocks press against your gear to hold it steady. When you swap rifles or add an optic, you pull the blocks and reset them without cutting anything. Smaller double blocks fill tight gaps, and triple blocks give broad support under a stock or barrel. A layout that works for one rifle can be photographed and recreated later in minutes.

For rifles with wide optics or magazines, the center GRID panel can be removed to fit objects about 4.25 inches wide. Panels can also be cut to make a permanent cavity, and the expanded polypropylene cuts cleanly without crumbling. Support heavier items on several blocks, and keep optic turrets and controls from bearing weight. The material does not absorb liquids or chemicals, and it cleans with a damp cloth. It is light and holds its shape across hot and cold temperatures. The Pelican case is not included. Check the fit of the rifle by closing and lifting the case before your first trip. Keep the base foam in place, since it supports the GRID panels. Store the case with the rifle cleaned and dry. Magpul builds the blocks to work with gear of all kinds, not only firearms.
