The Magpul DAKA GRID Case Organizer for the Pelican 1700 Protector is a drop-in interior for Pelican's 36-inch long case. In the box are six triple blocks, six double blocks, and a new base foam layer. It weighs about 3.1 pounds.
The blocks hold gear by compression, so a carbine, pistol, and magazines can share the case without pluck foam cutouts. Move the blocks without tools whenever the contents change. The material is expanded polypropylene, which is light and temperature stable.
Check that your case is the 1700 Protector before ordering, since GRID kits are sized for specific cases. Pelican sells the case on its own. See more GRID organizers in our firearm cases and range bags.
