The Lee's Flush Mount Rod Holder is a 0-degree bar pin holder in all stainless steel with a 2 inch bore, model RH-527VS/XS.

Two inch bore and vertical is the combination for medium tackle stored upright or fished on a downrigger, where line runs straight down from the boat. The bar pin matters more on a downrigger than anywhere else, since a release firing puts a sudden load on a rod that would otherwise spin in the tube.

All stainless construction keeps tube, collar and pin in the same material, so there is no dissimilar metal contact to set up corrosion at the joints.
