A nitrogen gas actuator holds the trim plate down during acceleration, providing lift at the stern until water pressure exceeds the actuator's load rating, at which point the tabs rise to horizontal and drag disappears automatically. Installation requires only a drill, a 3/16-inch bit, and a Phillips screwdriver, with no through-hull drilling and all mounting hardware, instructions, and templates included.
