The Lectrotab 12 x 24 Aluminum MLC-1 Trim Tab Kit is the largest plane configuration in this Lectrotab group, using 12 x 24 in aluminum tabs for boats in the 28 to 48 ft range. The planes are manufactured from marine-grade 6005-T5 aluminum alloy, protected with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating, and joined with durable polypropylene hinges.

Large-plane trim adjustments are handled by two sealed electric actuators, so the system does not require hydraulic pumps, reservoirs, or oil lines. Pressure equalization and an internal braking system help the actuators resist unwanted tab movement when the boat is underway or backing down. The MLC-1 microprocessor control provides simultaneous tab movement along with LED position indication that automatically adjusts to ambient light.

Lectrotab supplies the 12 x 24 in planes, two actuators with attached cabling, MLC-1 helm control, and installation instructions as a coordinated package. The combination of the larger tab surface and MLC-1 control makes this version suited to larger-boat applications that need substantial stern-lift adjustment and clear helm feedback.
