Description

The Kizer Hare has a 3.13-inch gray PVD coated D2 tool steel drop point blade with a full tang at 7 inches overall, an orange G10 handle, a lanyard hole and a black Kydex belt sheath.

PVD is vapor-deposited and bonded into the steel surface rather than painted on, so it resists wear far better than a coating that sits on top and can flake at the edge. D2 holds a working edge far longer than the budget stainless usual at this size, and it needs to be dried after it gets wet since it is only semi-stainless.

Orange G10 is a bushcraft choice rather than a tactical one. A knife set down in leaf litter or snow is gone unless the handle argues otherwise.
