The Kershaw Narrow Fillet is 14.75 inches overall with a 9.5 inch satin 420J2 stainless blade, a black rubberized GRN handle and a plastic sheath.

Nine and a half inches is a long fillet blade, and length is what lets a single stroke run the whole length of a large fish rather than sawing back and forth. Narrow is the other half. A slim blade flexes more and turns tighter, following the ribcage and the skin line rather than cutting straight through.
