Jabsco Vented Loop Solenoid Valve for 37010 Toilet

The Jabsco Vented Loop Solenoid Valve is the replacement solenoid for the vented loop on Jabsco 37010 series electric toilets. It opens with the flush and closes afterward to keep seawater from siphoning into the toilet. It is designed for the 37010's raw-water system and fits 37010 series toilets only.

A vented loop matters most when the bowl sits near or below the waterline. If water creeps into the bowl or the toilet fills on its own, a failed solenoid valve can be the cause. Replacing just the valve costs far less than replacing the toilet. Raw-water toilets draw seawater for flushing, so a working anti-siphon valve is an important part of keeping water out of the boat.

Before installing, close the raw-water seacock, disconnect power, and note the wiring on the old valve. Afterward, check the fittings for leaks and confirm the bowl does not slowly fill between flushes. The 37010 service kit is also in our marine toilets and sanitation systems.
