Jabsco Par-Max HD4 24V 4-GPM 40-PSI Water Pump

The Jabsco Par-Max HD4 24V Water Pump (part Q402J-115S-3A) brings 4 gallons per minute of freshwater flow to 24-volt boats, with a 40 psi shutoff. Charter yachts and commercial boats with 24V systems often choose this size for a galley, a shower, and a couple of sinks. Lower current at 24V makes long runs from the panel easier to wire.

The heavy duty motor and cast aluminum lower housing are built for daily use. Its bypass module reduces rapid cycling at low flow. Maximum inlet pressure is 30 psi, so it should be fed from a tank, not plugged directly into dock water.

If the boat also has a city water inlet, use a regulator and a check valve to keep dock pressure away from the pump. Mount the pump on its vibration-dampening feet and keep the inlet strainer accessible. Check the boat's voltage before ordering.
