The Icom 5-watt external speaker gives the M412 fixed-mount VHF a second audio output, useful for placing sound closer to a helm seat or a flybridge station away from the radio itself.

It connects through a 3.5mm speaker jack on a 2-meter cable, a simple in-line connection that doesn't require splicing into the radio's wiring.
