The i2Systems LightLink LL-101 Dimming Module is a momentary-switch dimmer running from 100% down to roughly 5% intensity.

Holding the momentary switch starts the cycle, which holds for 2 seconds at the bottom before reversing. That pause is what makes a single-switch dimmer usable, since without it the level runs past the setting you wanted and you chase it back and forth.
