Hornady Security DIGI-Vault Keypad Pistol Vault

Hornady Security DIGI-Vault Keypad Pistol Vault is a compact electronic safe for a handgun, valuables, or other small items that need controlled access. Its 16-gauge steel housing is reinforced with internal locking lugs, and the spring-loaded door opens after a valid code is accepted. The keypad can be programmed with a four- to six-digit code, with a backup key lock available as a secondary entry method.

A built-in interior light illuminates the storage area when the door opens. Pre-drilled mounting holes give the user the option of securing the vault to a fixed surface, while an included 1,500-pound-rated cable provides another anchoring method. Hornady lists exterior dimensions of about 3.8 x 12 x 9.2 inches and an interior of about 2.4 x 10.3 x 7.2 inches.

The DIGI-Vault is well suited to a desk, shelf, nightstand area, or other location where a low-profile handgun vault is preferred. Its combination of keypad access, mechanical backup, mounting holes, and security cable gives the owner several ways to integrate it into the chosen storage space.
