The Ganzo Firebird has a 3.5-inch satin D2 tool steel drop point blade in a black G10 handle with a liner lock and pocket clip, closing to 4.63 inches, opened by extended tang.

D2 has high carbon for edge retention with enough chromium to resist most corrosion, holding a working edge considerably longer than the budget stainless usual at this price. It needs to be dried after it gets wet, since it is only semi-stainless. The extended tang is a tab past the pivot pushed with the thumb, so the blade opens one-handed with nothing protruding to catch in a pocket.
