Fortress Guardian G-7 2.9 lb Fluke Anchor

The Fortress Guardian G-7 is a lightweight fluke anchor sized for boats 17 to 22 ft. Guardian anchors use the same high-tensile alloy as Fortress anchors, so they are as strong as steel at about half the weight. In holding power tests they rank second only to the Fortress FX models.

Guardian skips a few Fortress extras, like anodizing and adjustable fluke angles, to keep the price down. It uses a single fixed 32 degree fluke angle that works in most common bottoms. It sets fast and holds strong, and it makes an excellent spare or storm anchor.

The shank is 22 in and the flukes are 13 in long. It assembles and disassembles for storage, has no welds that can fail and uses replaceable parts. It is rust-proof and non-magnetic, so it will not throw off a compass. Shop our full lineup of boat anchors.
