The Fisher Bullet Pen is 3.75 inches closed in a cherry red Cerakote finish, with a pressurized PR4 black medium point cartridge.
The Bullet is the original Fisher shape, and at 3.75 inches closed it is short enough for a watch pocket or a coin pocket. Posting the cap on the back brings it to full writing length. That two-stage design is why the Bullet is in the Museum of Modern Art's permanent collection.
Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating baked onto the metal, far harder than paint or anodizing and used on firearms for exactly that reason.
