The Fireboy-Xintex Manual Discharge Cable Kit is a 6-foot cable for manually activating MA and GA Series fire suppression systems.

For inspected vessels under U.S. Coast Guard regulation a manual discharge is a requirement rather than an option. On any other boat it is a backup worth having, since an automatic system that fails to trigger leaves no way to release the agent at all.

It is compatible with the MA, MU, MA2, GA, GA1 and GA2 Series systems, so the system model needs checking against that list before ordering. The cable routes alongside existing engine cables and electrical wiring rather than needing its own path.

Six feet is one of several lengths available, and matching the length to the run matters in both directions.
