Faria Beede Platinum 4" 60 MPH GPS Speedometer

The Faria Beede Platinum 4-Inch 60 MPH GPS Speedometer is a genuine drop-in replacement for an existing dash speedometer, sharing the Platinum line's spun aluminum dial, custom graphics, and polished stainless bezel. Every Platinum gauge also runs Faria's domed, fog-resistant glass lens, more effective at shedding condensation and resisting scratches than a flat cover.

This speedometer pulls its data from a built-in GPS antenna, so there's no external antenna to mount or wire separately. A 48-channel GPS receiver keeps the reading accurate, and beyond raw speed, an optional digital LCD can display course over ground and actual compass heading alongside the analog speed reading. That analog needle itself runs off a digital stepper motor rather than a traditional mechanical link, which cuts down on pointer bounce and keeps the reading steady even as the boat moves through chop.
