The Exploding Fish EVO-FX 15° Fixed Rod Holder places its 8.5 in tube at a moderate fixed angle for anglers who want more aft rod clearance than a straight holder without moving to the steeper 30° configuration. It is rated for tackle up to 135 lb and uses a flush-mounted design suited to demanding offshore fishing installations.

Construction centers on a seamless 316 stainless steel rod sleeve that is rolled and polished for a smooth rod-contact surface. The base plate, top cover, and locking-lever components are precision cast or machined from polished 316 stainless steel. UHMW polyethylene bearings are used for wear, chemical, compression, and shear resistance, while rubber-blend isolation and guide components are formulated for wear and UV resistance.

The 15° version uses a 116 x 143 mm flange, 212 mm overall length, 197 mm shaft length, 51 mm shaft outside diameter, and M6 mounting. Its listed sleeve swing diameter is 157 mm, reflecting the additional clearance required by the angled rod position.
