Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 ACR-Relay, DTM Conn

The Egis XD Series Single Flex 2 ACR-Relay is a two-function module with charge sharing and battery switching under DTM control, rated 500A continuous.

Two independent start or engine-isolation inputs support multi-engine and independent charging arrangements. On a twin-engine boat that lets each charging source be isolated properly rather than treating both as one, which is what stops the alternators working against each other.

Combining an ACR and a relay in one module removes a second installation and the cable between them. In a battery compartment already carrying switches, fuses and busbars, mounting space is usually the constraint rather than cost.
